Company Overview Incorporated in 2001 and with more than 10 years of exporting, Da Yeh Sponge is a professional manufacturer of foam building blocks, jumbo foam blocks/dices, foam yoga bricks/blocks, wood grain mats, foam world map puzzles and foam educational toys, which are made of EVA. We also offer foam geometric solids, preschool toys, sports mats and jumbo building blocks. Our products are manufactured under the brand, “DAYEH”.
Facilities and International Certifications
Covering an area of 3,500 square meters, our factory houses 200 production lines with special equipment such as thermoelectric laminating machines, full-automatic cutting, packing and grinding machines, EVA foam vertical cutting machines, EVA foam ball machines and cylinder machines manned by 35 workers.
Moreover, we have three R&D engineers with more than 15 years of experience who can create two products yearly and a QC team who ensures all our products are compliant with ASTM, CE and EN certifications.
